Hi there! I'm Brent Morrell, an HR and Talent professional with over 15 years of experience in various industries and workforce sectors. I'm passionate about helping people and organizations grow and thrive. I currently work as the Director of Talent Acquisition for a publicly traded company in the construction industry, where I oversee the talent acquisition and HR analytics functions. I hold my Strategic Talent Acquisition certification from the Human Capital Institute, and I'm a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and local SHRM chapter, Indy SHRM.

When I'm not working, I enjoy running, swimming, and consuming books of all forms (audible and paperback), and hanging out with family. I love to travel and explore new places and cultures. I'm always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
